How soon can I move in?

Time-line.

Contrary to what most people think, it doesn’t have to take several months to locate and move into your new home. In fact, here is a typical time-line for most of our buyers:

For the most part we can have the keys in your hands and have you moved into your new home in the 2-3 month time frame.

If your renting, see the

How can I get our of my lease early?
section.

*Upon closing on your home, sometimes you will have immediate occupancy of the home, and sometimes the seller will request an additional period of time to occupy the home, usually an additional 15-30 days depending on their housing situation. This will be mutually agreed upon in your purchase agreement with the seller of the home. Since you actually own the home upon closing, the seller will “rent back” the house from you for the agreed period of time, and be charged a daily prorated amount equal to the cost of your new mortgage payment.
